Thomas has a double education in economics and law and is a graduate of Paris I University (Master 2 in Public Business Law). He qualified as a lawyer in Paris in 2014.
 
After having headed the "public contracts" department of a Parisian business law firm, he joined Sorba Payrau in 2017 and became a partner in 2021.
 
He develops both advisory and litigation services for major groups in the construction sector (in particular disputes arising out of the performance of public and private construction contracts) and regularly advises local authorities in the context of project management assistance missions for the implementation of public services and facilities.
